I would like to make a huge shoutout to Akman Hotel for their amazing hospitality & customer service. I have clumsily left my kid’s phone at the hotel and only realized it went missing 2 days after checkout and by the time I discovered the hotel is already 10 hours away from my current location then. The hotel then delivered it safely to me via sea freight and it reached me safe & sound in Istanbul. I was so happy and can't thank them enough for taking the trouble to arrange the delivery in a considerably fast manner.

The Akman Hotel is situated in a superb location, very close to the seafront with shops and restaurants. Adaland Aqua Park is only a 15-minute drive away. The receptionists are very helpful; they assist in organizing taxis and contacted our tour agent when they were running late. We had to change our check-in date by a day, and they were very accommodating without charging us extra.

Fantastic location, only a minutes walk to the beach & amazing restaurants. The staff go above & beyond to make you feel welcome. A big thank you to Mustafa & Ebru for making my stay amazing There is a mummy cat & her 2 cheeky babies which are an absolute delight& made everyone smile - most importantly they are well fed & looked after :)

The hotel is in the city center of Kusadasi. Rooms and bathrooms have been renovated. The room we stayed in was in the corner and very comfortable. The staff is caring and friendly.
